Download our measurment Sheets.  You will find both a male and female sheet attached.  Fill out the form completely, with all measurements and costumes required for each character and fax back to us.  Please send all measurements to us at least two weeks prior to your dress rehearsal date.  Rush service fees may apply if the measurement sheets are not recieved with ample time to prepare your show.
